Don't worry — we'll set everything up together. Just gather the items below and share them securely when we're ready.

Google / YouTube Ads

What we need:

  • One-time authorisation — You’ll grant our app access via a Google sign-in link we send you

How to find your Customer ID:

  1. Go to Google Ads
  2. Your Customer ID is shown in the top-right corner, next to your email (format: 123-456-7890)

Authorisation step:

  4. Copy the code Google shows you and send it back to us

This is a one-time setup. After that, our system manages campaigns for you automatically.

Brand Assets

For landing pages and ad creatives

Recommended
  • Company logo — PNG or SVG, high resolution
  • Brand colors — Up to 3 hex codes (e.g. #2563eb)

You can upload these later in your portal under Branding.

Landing Page Domain

Custom subdomain for your landing pages

Optional

Landing pages can live on your own domain (e.g. go.yourcompany.com) so ads link to a URL you control.

How to set it up:

  1. Choose a subdomain (e.g. go, pages, or lp)
  2. Log in to your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.)
  3. Add a CNAME record:
    Type: CNAME
    Name: go
    Target: suada-landing-pages.pages.dev
  4. Let us know and we’ll add the custom domain in Cloudflare Pages

Your pages will then be available at go.yourcompany.com/page-name

If you skip this, landing pages will be served from our domain instead.

Agent 3 — Conversion

Lead qualification, email sequences, diagnostics, and call briefs

Email Sending Domain

For automated email sequences to your leads

Required

What we need:

  • Sending email address — e.g. hello@yourdomain.com
  • Sending name — e.g. "Your Company Sales Team"
  • DNS access — To verify your domain (we'll provide the DNS records)

How it works:

  1. We'll send you 3 DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to add to your domain
  2. Add these records via your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.)
  3. Once verified, emails will be sent from your domain — not ours

This ensures email deliverability and keeps your brand consistent. Emails will never come from a generic address.

Diagnostic Questions

For your lead qualification diagnostic

Required

Think about the 5 questions you'd ask a prospect to figure out if they're a good fit. For example:

  • "How many salespeople are on your team?"
  • "How do you currently train new starters?"
  • "What's your average deal cycle length?"

We'll use AI to build a scored diagnostic from these. Your leads take it, and we automatically qualify them based on their answers.

Call Booking URL

Where qualified leads book a call with your team

Required

What we need:

  • Booking page URL — e.g. https://cal.com/your-company/strategy-call

We support Cal.com, Calendly, or any booking tool with a public URL. This link is included in booking invite emails sent to qualified leads.

Cal.com webhook (optional but recommended):

If you use Cal.com, you can set up a webhook so we automatically detect when a prospect books a call. This triggers a pre-call intelligence brief sent to your team.

  1. In Cal.com, go to SettingsDeveloperWebhooks
  2. Click New Webhook
  3. Subscriber URL: https://api.suadalabs.com/webhooks/calcom
  4. Set a Secret (any random string) — share it with us so we can verify webhook signatures
  5. Event triggers: select Booking Created and Booking Rescheduled

No Cal.com API key is needed — we only use the public booking link and optional webhook.

Call Brief Preferences

What you want to know before speaking to a lead

Recommended

When a lead books a call, we generate a pre-call intelligence brief and send it to your team. Tell us what's most useful:

  • Company size and industry context
  • Pain points based on diagnostic answers
  • Recommended products/services to pitch
  • Suggested talking points and objection handling
